Dit lærredskunstværk bliver trykt og indrammet efter bestilling, og derfor har vi brug for 3–5 hverdage til at behandle ordren.

Shipping Fees

Vi tilbyder GRATIS forsendelse til hele verden. Whether you order just one small canvas art or 6 XL-size canvases, you will pay “ZERO” shipping fees wherever you’re located.

Vi tilbyder Ekspresforsendelse Levering til alle lande. Ekspresforsendelse koster et fast beløb pr. ordre. Forsendelsesomkostningerne vises ved kassen ud fra din præcise adresse.

Pakning af dit lærred

Your Canvas Art will be wrapped in a bubble wrap and carefully packed in a strong cardboard box to make sure the canvas reaches you UNDAMAGED. For more information about our packaging process, check the photo below:

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers outside of the US, Australia and Canada may be asked to pay customs and duty taxes. If you have any questions, or need help with custom fees refund, please email us at contact@canvasartbay.com. We will respond within 2 business days.

Guaranteed, you will like your canvas Art! In case you don’t, it’s ok; just return it back within 90 days and we will be glad to provide you with a full refund. No jokes! We accept return or exchange requests for any motive in the first 90 days of purchase, from ethvert land around the World!!

Early Holiday Exception

For all orders placed between October 1st and October 31, we accept returns until February 1st. Enjoy early holiday shopping at Canvas Art Bay!

Returns Process

If you want to return or exchange your canvas OR if there is a problem with the print you received, just follow these steps:

1- Email us at contact@canvasartbay.com within 14 days of delivery. The following information need to be included in the e-mail:
* Your order #number
* A picture of the item you want to return
* The reason why you want to return your canvas back (colors, sizing, quality, damaged, etc. ..)
* The new canvas art you’d like to have as an exchange (in case it’s an exchange request).

2- Ship your canvas back within 90 days of delivery and email us a proof of shipping (you can take a picture of the shipping label or the postal receipt).

3- Processing your request:
* If it’s a return request, we will give a full refund as soon as we receive the old canvas.
* If it’s an exchange request, we will start working on your new order as soon as we receive the old canvas. Then, we will process your account adjustment (we will refund any difference if you ordered a cheaper canvas; OR we will send you an custom invoice to pay the price difference if you ordered a higher-priced canvas).

Returforsendelsesomkostninger

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the buyer received the canvas un-damaged, then did not return it in its original condition, buyer will be held responsible for any loss in value.

Hvis dit lærred er blevet beskadiget under forsendelsen, bedes du kontakte os på contact@canvasartbay.com with photos of the item and photos of the box it was shipped in. We will happily ship you a replacement canvas, at no additional costs.
