Your Canvas art will be printed & framed on demand, hence we will need 3-5 business days to process the order.

We offer FREE Shipping Worldwide. Whether you order just one small canvas art or 6 XL-size canvases, you will pay “ZERO” shipping fees wherever you’re located.

Shipping Upgrades

We offer Express Shipping upgrades to all countries. Express shipping costs a flat fee per order. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout based on your exact address.

Packaging Your Canvas

Your Canvas Art will be wrapped in a bubble wrap and carefully packed in a strong cardboard box to make sure the canvas reaches you UNDAMAGED. For more information about our packaging process, check the photo below:

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers outside of the US may be required to pay extra customs and import duty taxes. We will pay the duty taxes for you! Just email us the taxes invoice at [email protected], and we will refund the full amount within 2 business days.

Guaranteed, you will like your canvas Art! In case you don’t, it’s ok; just return it back within 60 days and we will be glad to provide you with a full refund. No jokes! We accept return or exchange requests for any motive in the first 60 days of purchase, from any country around the World!!

Holiday Exception

Returns Process

If you want to return or exchange your canvas OR if there is a problem with the print you received, just follow these steps:

1- Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. The following information need to be included in the e-mail:
* Your order #number
* A picture of the item you want to return
* The reason why you want to return your canvas back (colors, sizing, quality, damaged, etc. ..)
* The new canvas art you’d like to have as an exchange (in case it’s an exchange request).

2- Ship your canvas back within 60 days of delivery and email us a proof of shipping (you can take a picture of the shipping label or the postal receipt).

3- Processing your request:
* If it’s a return request, we will give a full refund as soon as we receive the old canvas.
* If it’s an exchange request, we will start working on your new order as soon as we receive the old canvas. Then, we will process your account adjustment (we will refund any difference if you ordered a cheaper canvas; OR we will send you an custom invoice to pay the price difference if you ordered a higher-priced canvas).

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the buyer received the canvas un-damaged, then did not return it in its original condition, buyer will be held responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Packages

If your canvas was damaged during shipping, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the item and photos of the box it was shipped in. We will happily ship you a replacement canvas, at no additional costs.

Custom Orders Policy

Custom orders include any personalized canvas art that we have crafted just for you. Please note that we can’t return or exchange custom orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you have any problems with your custom-ordered canvas art, please email us at [email protected] and we will make sure to answer you within 2 business days.

Conditions of returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellation Policy
